Employee Benefits Overview
At Ortega Construction Company, we are committed to offering a variety of benefits designed to keep our employees happy, healthy, and safe. Our health and dental coverage is provided through United Healthcare, and we also offer vision care through Spectra Vision. Each employee has the option to enroll in these benefits, with renewals aligned to the calendar year.

Note: Member/subscriber ID number is the same across all lines of coverage (medical/dental/vision).
How to Submit a Claim
There are two ways to submit an out-of-network claim (see below):
1. Mail (no paper form needed)Requirements: receipt/proof of payment, invoice/bill, provider's details, date of service must be indicated
