This procedure applies to all employees who use IT resources within the organization

• Identify the issue: Ensure that the problem is clearly identified. Gather relevant details such as error messages, affected applications, and the impact on work.

• Email all service requests to the support team at support@techgroup.net

• Include the following detailed information in the email: 

1. Description of the issue

2. Date and time issue was first noticed

3. Steps already taken to try and resolve the issue

4. Screenshots or error codes (if applicable)
