The firm is the developer behind our Capri project, which is set to break ground this November.

Aria Development Group is a real estate development and investment firm known for creating high-end residential and mixed-use projects that combine timeless design with lasting value. They are the developer behind our 2200 Brickell project, a five-story, 105-unit luxury condominium focused on wellness, sustainability, and urban living.
Mast Capital
Mast Capital is a dynamic real estate development and investment firm known for delivering thoughtfully designed residential, luxury hotel, and commercial projects. We partnered with them on the Edera Palm Springs community, a 264-unit garden-style rental development located in Palm Springs, Florida. As the general contractor, we were proud to help bring Edera Palm Springs to life. The project features one- to three-bedroom homes and premium amenities including a clubhouse, resort-style pool, and co-working spaces. It reflects Mast Capital’s commitment to quality and value-driven design.
Constellation Group
Constellation Group is a real estate development and investment firm recognized for delivering design-driven, high-quality residential and mixed-use projects. In partnership with The Boschetti Group, they are developing the Ella Miami Beach project, a 10-story, 103-unit boutique condominium located at 6940 Abbott Avenue in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood. The project features studio to two-bedroom homes and premium amenities including a rooftop pool, pickleball court, and wellness deck.
